Dr. Christian explains chiropractic care through its connection to the nervous system, which controls every function of the body. It tells the heart to beat, the lungs to breathe, and food to digest. It also tells the muscles when to fire, and those muscles pull on the skeleton to move your body in space. When it’s healthy, the body functions as it is designed to do.
Our daily lives are filled with all types of stressors—physical, emotional, and chemical—that may interfere with the nervous system and cause a disconnect. The body doesn’t receive the messages it needs, which affects function, and ultimately causes pain and discomfort.

At Recharge Chiropractic, we focus on the function of the nerve system. Our state-of-the-art technology, including the INSiGHT™ system, and advanced techniques, help bring balance and harmony to the nervous system, improving the function of the muscle system, and every other organ system.
Unlike most mainstream practices, we only use one method of adjustment—Torque Release Technique™, using the Integrator™ tool. This neurological research based technique is gentle, specific, and low-force, without any twisting, cracking or popping.
The Integrator is the only adjusting instrument able to deliver the 3-D dynamic integral to hand adjusting—torque and recoil. It has true force adjustment, as well as a choice of three tip sizes, shapes, and density characteristics, to allow the chiropractor the most flexibility to correct almost any subluxation.
The attributes that make an Integrator adjustment something special and powerful include its precise, specific, gentle, and fast 3-D torque impulse and recoil (bounce). The tool provides effective, consistent, and reliable adjustments. The Integrator is a legally marketed device for the adjustment of the vertebral subluxation, only available to licensed chiropractic doctors.
